By RSVP’ing and/or participating in the Grand Opening event at Breckenridge Cannabis Cafe (“BCC”) – running from April 20, 2023, through April 23, 2023 (the “Event”); you hereby acknowledge and agree that anything you may consume by way of eating, drinking, inhaling or smoking, is done solely at your own discretion and that BCC, and its affiliates, shall not be liable or responsible for any harm, injury, or damage you may cause yourself or others, or any other consequences resulting from your actions before, during, and after the Event and that you are responsible for your own behavior, as well as the safety and well-being of yourself and others during the Event in strict adherence to all applicable rules and regulations set forth by BCC.
